Focus & follow-through

Find clarity. Build on your strengths.

When attention and organization are getting in the way, a careful assessment can help you understand what is happening and choose a way forward.

A personalized assessment

Your experience and goals come first. No diagnosis is needed to reach out.

Understanding your experience

ADHD can affect attention, activity level, and impulse control. For adolescents and adults, difficulties may show up in school, work, relationships, or everyday routines. A meaningful evaluation considers your history and functioning across settings, along with other factors that can affect concentration.

What we may explore

  • Your attention, organization, and day-to-day functioning
  • Childhood history, prior assessments, and current demands
  • Sleep, mood, anxiety, medical history, and other possible contributors
  • Treatment goals that matter in your actual life

How we can help

We use clinical interviews and appropriate rating scales to build a fuller picture. Computerized attention testing may be considered when useful. Testing is one part of an evaluation; it does not replace a clinical assessment. Your plan may include medication management, supportive strategies, and coordination with other supports.
